Good shopping village all free and really great farm and play areas for children at realistic prices. Feeding animals, birds in of prey amazing for all ages. Great to have the chance to wear a gauntlet and let a bird land on your hand. I will def be taking the granddaughter when she is old enough to appreciate it.

We went on a warm day so there were lots going on. Many different activities for the kids as well as some animal petting which everyone enjoyed. A very enjoyable day

My son William had a fantastic birthday party at Hatton. The laser combat team were excellent, friendly and efficient. The party lasted 3 hours and was packed with team games that all the kids really enjoyed (so did the adults). Much better than any indoor laser quest! Food was really good and the whole army experience was loved by all,... More

We visited here in the autumn last year.Unfortunately it was a cold and windy day and many of the activities were therefore not happening. However we were given a phone number to ring to get another day pass for free to return on another occasion. There is so much to do for all ages, from watching sheep racing, to the... More

Not overly impressed with the timed santa viset took over an hour. Wich makes me wonder why even offer timed tickets. What really let it down for me was was the fact the toy my daughter got came broken, really enjoyed trying to explain to a 2 year old why santa gave her a broken toy.

I'm disappointed to hear your daughter's toy broke, especially as several customers have commented on the good quality of the toys which children could choose from the Toy Shop in the Grotto. Please could you call our office on 01926 843411 so we can resolve this for you. More

The attractions and shows for the children were very good. We saw Santa and he was one of the best ones we have seen The place was let by the food outlets. Lavender Cafe was very child unfriendly with very rude staff. The spinning Jenny restaurant was more friendly but a bit chaotic. Ordered two pots of tea. We got... More

I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit to Father Christmas and Hatton Adventure World. I'm not sure whether you visited Snorty's Restaurant which adjoins our huge soft play area, as this serves a wide range of hot and cold food for children and adults. Customer feedback is very important to us and I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed... More

Really enjoyed coming here for Christmas, although been before and not stayed for long we all really enjoyed it this year, there was loads to do so although tickets were a bit pricey it was worth the money. I went to Hatton park on 21st December. I took 4 girls ages 5.8.9.10. we got there at 10.30am it wasn't to busy. We took our Welles because it was a bit muddy as was a little wet from the rain the night before. But the kids loved being outside for the day. It was £19.95 for kids and £9.95... More

We went today and were thoroughly disappointed, probably the worse Santa visit we have done with our 6yr old. The Grotto itself was quite nicely done but there was very little festive cheer from the Elves and Santa seemed utterly bored. Again their was no joviality with painful silences whilst we waited for him to say something in between constantly... More

We have never failed to have a good time here with our kids (aged 3 and 1). There is something for everyone, ranging from massive indoor slides to a huge variety of animals and reptiles, a mini-JCB track to ride around in, tractor safari, sheep racing (honestly), trampolines, in the summer all sorts of huge bouncy castles and outdoor entertainment,...
