Took a boat cruise from Regensburg. Weather was perfect. Great views on the way as well as at Walhalla. The climb is moderately steep - doable for children and adults too. Nice place for an excursion from Regensburg.

Amazing views of the Danube from the hilltop site! Also beautiful architecture to see, and an interesting collection of busts of German historical figures inside the building. I recommend the Walhalla for a relaxing visit to observe beautiful sights.

What can you say other than Breathtaking temple with the most magnificent views to be seen. Only negative is there needs to be some safety rails for kids as it can be dangerous for toddlers.

Walhalla Temple was a really beautiful building, worth seeing. But there isn't any English information, everything is in german.
