This would probably be one of my kids favorite places if it was a little warmer when we were here. The beach is a huge and great white sand. The camp site was not easy to get in with a 36.6. Fifth wheel but we...More

We did a two night stop on a trans-Canada RV trip. Nice camp ground with some great beachfront sites (off season, probably impossible in high season). Nice washrooms that even have washer dryers. Downside is the proximity to the highway and the distance from the...More

It was a very interesting hike . Not too long and was mostly flat, but in the woods and some water on the paths. Great experience.

Another incredible Provincial Park found in Ontario. This one has a spectacular beach area, definitely one of my favourites. Endless golden sand, clear clean waters, but Lake Superior never disappoints. This provincial park is also close to The Lakeshore Salzburger Hof Resort. Another great place...More

What a great place to camp and relax. The beach is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff at the park are friendly. It's well kept. Sites are a good size. Love the beach the best.

I went for a solo day hike at Pancake Bay over the fall. The trail is about 7KM return and took me roughly 2-3 hours to complete. Terrain is very manageable (mostly flat with some incline) minus the muddy soil on some parts. The view...More

Pancake Bay Provincial park has a beach several miles long. Sand dunes rise and fall along the shore. When the lake is rough it is quite the sight. Autumn colour completes the scene. Too cold to swim but well worth the visit.

Love this Beach it's like the Caribbean of Ontario. I even ventured into the clean waters of Lake Superior in September. If you like to walk the beach this is so good for that it's a large sandy beach.
