About
This festival takes place in late April along the 1.1Km section of wisteria trellis known as Fuji Road, located at the West Entrance to Kasukabe Station. Amidst the violet hues of the beautifully blooming wisteria blossoms, the festival offers a wide range of performances including marching bands, parades, Nagashi dances as well as Japanese taiko performances, hip-hop, Yosakoi, and Soran dancing, wind instrument ensembles, and Eisa and Awa dancing. Refreshment booths and games will also be offered.

春日部駅西口から徒歩７分くらいのところから約１ｋｍ続く藤棚があり、藤の花がずっと咲き誇っているのはとてもきれいです。ここで４月下旬の日曜日に祭りが開催されます。よさこい踊りなどのが披露され、賑やかな祭りです。藤の花を見ながら、出し物を見学できるので、非常に良かったです。

春日部市の藤というと、牛島の藤（藤花園）が有名だ。
毎年、開花の時季になると、遠方から多くの人が押し寄せる。
だが、市内には他にも見事な藤がある。
市役所近くの大通りには、約１ｋｍに渡って続く、藤棚がある。
昨日、バスからその藤棚を見ると、半分ぐらい花がついていた。
これから、藤の本格的なシーズンに入る。

歴史が長い春日部の藤まつり。春日部駅から美しい藤棚が続く様子は、この季節ならではの風情でとても情緒があります。この藤棚は約１キロ程ですが、なかなかこの長さのものは珍しいと思われるので、実際に見てみると想像以上に見事でした。
また期間中は市民の方々による様々な催しが行われており、参加型の地域感溢れるお祭りに感じました。
なお昨年４月26日に行きましたが、訪問時期を選べないので5月を選択しました。

春日部駅から真正面に伸びる藤棚で催させる祭りです。満開の藤はとてもキレイで見応えがありす。通りには出店が出るので、食べ歩きや買い物が楽しめます。しかし祭りではなぜかYOSAKOI踊りがあり、学芸会レベルの踊りを大音量と共に強要されます。藤を楽しむ上で大きなマイナスです。

姪の家訪問の際にちょうど開催してました。よく小田原城の富士だ他の季節には見に行ってますが、こちら春日部の藤棚も結構綺麗です。創作ダンスのパレードなども行われてました。

春日部駅からの約1キロの長さの藤棚。とても素晴らしいです。藤を見ていて和まされます。そして藤の鑑賞だけでなく、パレードやダンス、音楽演奏とかのイベントも開催されて、盛り上がっているお祭りです。

ゴールデンウィークの頃、毎年開催される藤まつり。
市内各小学校の吹奏楽部の発表や、出店、いろんな団体の出店など、道は大混雑し、まともに歩けないほどです。
あまり藤は見れないような。

期間限定で牛島の藤にある樹齢１２００年を超える藤が公開される。それはとても見事な藤である。通常は公開されていないが、期間限定で藤まつりにあわせて公開される。

春日部市の藤通りが会場になります。約1キロに渡って藤棚が続き、春の柔らかい日差しに藤紫色が映えるアーチの下を歩くのはとても気持ちがいいです。エリアによって植えられている藤の種類が違うようで、所々藤の色の変化を楽しむこともできました。

春日部駅前から出てくる大通りから藤棚が続きます。紫の藤が淡い色ですが満開でした。出店も多く、食器が安く売られていたり、風船やさんも出ていました。今年は開催できるのか…
