Wisteria were not in full bloom by the time we visited, but they were very beautiful, none the less. We really enjoyed our time there and have got many beautifule pictures from this park.

This exceeded all expectations. So much colour! It is a magnificent attraction for anyone who loves flowers. It is easy to spend the whole day wandering amongst the blooms. The scent of wisteria permeated the air and was exquisite. Not to be missed.

Yes, its far from Tokyo. Do yourself a favor and get to the park. I hate flowers, well, I hated flowers till i visited Ashikaga. The Wisteria trees will blow you away, if the other plants dont manage to do that!

March should see the cherry blossom starting. So if you are lucky you will get to see the start of he bloom and it’s simply beautiful. Also, Ashikaga flower park is an al season park, so you will get to see other flowers... More

Usually in May, but depends on the weather. Suggest to visit their website to get the hint of the best time for wisteria blooming, The period they charge the highest, the most beautiful.
