Arrifana Beach is quite a good beach with some waves that can go up quite high, but for beginners it’s good too. It’s not a very big beach and you can park up the hill, because it’s private property, you have to walk down but...More

A lovely setting, into the setting sun with lovely sand and very clean. It is a beginners surf beach and good entertainment watching everybody falling off boards. A steep walk up and down, but I believe there is a shuttle in the winter. A lovely...More

This is a beautiful beach on Portugal's unspoiled west coast. The best thing to do is to park at the top and walk down the narrow road to the beach itself. It's great to sit and watch the surfers for a while and enjoy the...More

Great beach in a great setting with nice views. Clearly a hotspot for surfers but space for sunbathers too! Parking looks like it could be tricky so we recommend parking a bit away and walking to avoid the inconvenience.
