Excellent displays of March historical items. Military and railways particularly around areas but also trades and businesses.

We visited to look into some family history. The ladies were so helpful getting records out for us to look at. We spent a couple of hours looking through the old records and found some new facts about our ancestors.
Popped in here with a friend as never been. Voluntary contribution on entry. lots of exhibits for a small museum and reall good mix. Some great old photo's and the surgeons tools were gruesome TBH... but fascinating... really worth popping in and having a look...More
March museum used to be the local girls school, and if you look close enough you can still see it. it has more stuff than it can display so the team who work there are constantly updating and replacing things.
