I was really impressed by this park, it was part of my bus tour to visit here. It is huge! Luckily, they offer a cheap 100 gold buggy ride to get you through most part of the park, and leave you to explore the rest...More

An update to a previous review – this visit to the site included the museum…my recommendation is to pay the 300 YEN (~$3), a minimal cost that is well worth the cost. The admission cost is for the entrance to the second floor display. It...More

I visited so many attractions in Okinawa, and this was not one of my favorite, but still terrific. The views were great. I couldn't understand the tour guide very well, which I am sure was part of it. Worth visiting.

Recommended, especially for those not too familiar with the history of the island. Gives another layer of appreciation for this place. A good juxtaposition for such a trial paradise. As others have said, do the audio tour inside the main museum.

You can make it, but make sure you include ShuriCastke to visit. The Peace Park is open and spacious so when on site, move quickly or you will spend your whole time there. Good luck
