There are not so many information here. You better use a huge touchpanel map, that is placed in front of the JR ticket gate. If you want to make sure the bus number which you should take, just show the destination then they will show you the right bus number.

I stopped by to get directions to Akutagawa Sakura Tsutsumi Park, the 32nd Koinobori Festival, Aman Ruins Park, and Nomi Shrine (Naki Sumo), and I got the Takatsuki Walking Map, Saigoku Kaido, Akutagawa-juku, and the Takatsuki Walking Map, Castle Town. It's located at JR Takatsuki Station, South Exit, and although it's small, it seems to have all the information you need to walk around Takatsuki City, so I recommend stopping by if you're planning on walking around Takatsuki City. In addition to the JR Takatsuki Station, there is also a tourist information center in Takatsuki City on the Hankyu Takatsuki City Station side (2nd floor of Emil Takatsuki), which is spacious and has souvenirs from Takatsuki City on display.
