Well frequent by both locals and tourists, Tosu outlet provides your atypical Japanese, well planned shopping layout. Shops aside, there is a large food court and plenty of outdoor seating and a Tully's coffee shop. Hint: * Visit the information desk before you shop to collect your discount vouchers! * Research on the Tosu outlet website to ensure the labels... More

Prices are very reasonable. A lot of varieties. The bimbimbap at the food court is very delicious. Ippudo ramen is also found in the food court.

A lot of brand names are available. It takes around 15-20 minutes by car from the JR station to the outlet. If you take Shinkansen, try to get off in Shintosu station instead of Tosu if you want to get there by taxi. There is no need to change the train from shintosu to tosu in that case. Convenient though,... More

Good stop to shop if yen is weak. The location is pretty strategic, centrally Located in the major junction crossing north to south and east to west. So if you go to Kagoshima, Nagasaki, Beppu etc and return by car, you can stop by.

It was a place with most of the popular brands available. Some of the items were really bargain, like the Eddie jeans, the normal retail price was around US$150 to US$200, but I found they were sold in Tosu for US$50 to $80. Before you started shopping the mall, make sure you got a discount booklet for all the discount... More

At the other outlets I visited (in Japan or other countries), prices were sooo crazily cheap that I would start digging. Not so in Tosu. I felt like it's a regular mall with a nice, open air layout. Got some clothes at "discounts" one can get elsewhere. But it was a nice stroll in the sun.

Many great deals! Remember to bring your passport for tax free shopping. Do get the discount coupons from Information with your passport before shopping, it will entitle you to additional discounts if you spend beyond certain amount at some shops. There is a play area at the lego shop, the kid and hubby can hang around there while mum shops.

You can spend around 1-3 hrs here depending if u like to shop in outlets, there are a lot of different brands here but not much discount and I found the styles for the brand are really quite out dated. Though of course if it didn't bother you that's why u come to outlet. Please go to the information counter... More
