Small scenic hamlet, 5-10 minutes drive from Iwami Ginzan Museum. Preserved village with large parking and toilet area. Ability to rent bikes to ride around small streets. Scenic location.

Historical site, a part of the World Heritage site. A street of ascent houses and offices. Nice to walk for a few ten minutes. Omori bus stop to Daikanjyo bus station.

The old houses are well-maintained and lovely. Different from other old towns in Japan, it is quiet and not commercial at all. There are only small number of shops and restaurants here. Riding through the street is pressure-relief. We only spent an hour in the...More
