Lovely location, very friendly guide, nice sparkling wines. We visited as part of a tour to Valparaiso, so were not expecting a detailed tour or individual tasting, but that is what we got. The vineyard is beautiful, and the house is stunning. Our guide spoke fluent English and was happy to spend ages answering our questions. We're generally not sparkling wine drinkers, but the three wines we tasted were all fresh and vibrant and very nice.

Casa Valle Vinamar is a beautiful winery in Casablanca Valley. The tour is conducted by friendly, well-informed English-speaking guides who give you the wineries history while touring the winery and grounds. The tour wraps up with a visit to the tasting rooms where we sampled several excellent wines. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

The visit to this place was part of a tour by a tour provider. When we came we had a very quick wine tasting of three different wines where only one was from the actual winery. I understand they collaborate but it would have been nice to try the wines from this actual vineyard. The lady was very good at English and she knew her stuff about the grapes.
After the tasting we went to the shop, hoping to bring home a bottle or two. We got hold of one of the shop keepers who spoke English, but almost seemed disturbed we reached out to him. I asked him for a bottle that needed to be stored for about five years, and then we could drink it. He goes to one of the most expensive bottle in the store and just says "this one" and he gave me the look like it was out of my price range. I asked him if the bottle was actually from this vineyard and winery and he said yes. Without internet I couldn't check for myself and had to trust him as we were excited to bring home a bottle from our only visit to a vineyard in Chile. That was a straigh out lie. The bottle came from another place in Santiago and it's sad that you don't have faith in your own product and prefer to trick us to make money. Don't go here.

I am Swiss who live in Brazil with my family and I traveled to Chile to celebrate my first year of marriage with my wife and some friends. I had the worst decision to visit this place, I was treated with discrimination by the staff at this winery. We were judging like people who wouldn't be able to pay the price of the place and we threatened that they would call security to take away space.

Viñamar is in the Casablanca Valley in Chile. It is a beautiful vineyard with 2 kinds of grapes, chardonnay and pinot noir.
They make excellent sparkling wines.
We took the tour and a wine tasting of 3 sparkling wines, extra brut, brut unique and rosé. All were great. Then we went to their bistro which I will review later.

Viñamar was the last winery that i visited in Casablanca Valley. I've been in others too wineries before with my friends and just can say that the service provided by the viñamar team was outstanding! Very good :) all the members of the staff were very friendly, easygoing and knowledgeable about their wines, history and casa blanca valley in general. Together with my friends, i did the shortest tour, visiting the vineyards, the cellar where the guide explained us the difference between the charmat and champenoise method to produce sparkling wines, and we finished tasting different wines. I really enjoyed that I had the chance to compare wines made in Lleida valley with the wines made with the typical varieties of Casablanca valley such as chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir among others. Special thanks to Carolina azocar who help me to arrange this visit ! It was a great way to finish our day :) Good luck with your project guys !!

We’d been in the restaurant on august 17th. The food, though expensive, was really good.
They have 3 meal options that are experiences, which include entrance, main course and dessert or you can choose each plate separetely and pay for each. The meals options are about 50usd, and plates go from 10-20 each
We tried 2 main courses, the three desserts on menu plus one extra not on menu, the kids menu, coffee and bottle of wine ,lemonades and everything was delicious.

They have a terrace which look pretty nice. Inside was colder than outside though it was a sunny and warm Day, maybe due to the cellar ..not sure
The best time to visit is on february as the vineyrads blossom during the time and i can imagine the views are great then. We were told this by our waiter

On a side note, we were told the 4th dessert we tried was on the house but then we were charged for each. Moreover as they used bamboo straws on the lemonade i had for my kid I requested if they could give me one ( he chews the plastic ones so this was better) as they have taken the glass and straw between courses, and the waite said he couldnt give it for free. I was a bit upset as we spent more than 250usd and we used the straw

The art of food and wine. Do the tasting menu! The meat lover on our trip loved what was presented. The vegetarian on our trip and loved what was presented. The winds were memorable. You will need a designated driver for this stop. Each course they pour you a full glass of wine.

Thank you! we appreciate your review. Definetly the best way to discover the local flavors is by selecting one of our three tasting menus! We also have non gluten, children and vegetariam menus as well.

We were there on a cloudy Sunday for lunch. We made our reservation from Santiago 2 days before. After an hour drive we arrived to the glorious entrance, through the red and yellow vineyards. The restaurant is on the main building, second floor. Not very comfortable if going on wheelchair or stroller.

The place and it's surroundings are quite impressive, even with the water fountain not working. There are 80ha of planted fields that goes all around the property. Inside the restaurant there is was quiet music and was a little cold for my personal taste. Great natural lightning.

The menu consisted in 3 main options. I tried the one with octopus and beef. Very tasty, in a fair quantity. Each food course has a different wine taste, which varies according to the menu option selected. For dessert, an excellent chocolate mousse was my option.

I very much appreciated the service provided by the waiter Leo. He was nice and clear.

After lunch you can go to the terrace and take some pictures of the amazing view of the vineyard from the top. During summer must be glorious to eat outside.

The bad: I think is expensive for the amount of food served and you are definitely paying for a gourmet meal. They serve Pepsi line.
