I visited here in September 2020. It was a great day out with a very knowledgable host. The wine your, bee hive and and beer tasting were all fantastic. Bought 2 bottles from the wonderful range- Bacchus and Estate Selection. Wanted to save them for a special occasion, and when I drank them with guests over Easter the memories came flooding back. Highly recommend!

I loved this experience: what a magical morning we had with some October blue skies.... we’re from the area but the South Downs and views across the vineyard were beautiful. Our tour host taught us a lot about the complexities of running such a british boutique vineyard and the tasting session was very enjoyable too :) Thanks Albourne for a great autumn morning!

Great Saturday afternoon spent in the countryside with friends and if you want to be surprised by English wine, here is a good start ... and you might find English wines are quite nice 😉 before the tasting experience, we were introduced to the location and the vineyard as such by our knowledgable and funny guide, Ed - very entertaining and we all learnt a bit about wines and terroir. The view over the vines is pretty, picture below. The tasting involved three still whites, of which Bacchus and White Pinot Noir definitely stood out, followed by two sparkling ones, which couldn't be more different ... and still both very pleasant. If you're into something a bit stronger, try the Vermouth.
