Had a fabulous afternoon learning about Calvados then sampling some. Fascinating 4D multi media presentations in several rooms outlining the history and production of this ray de vie. Following relaxed and generous tasting with Steve who shared his knowledge, enthusiasm and fine amber beverages. Would thoroughly recommend!!

We had a fantastic time. Very knowledgeable staff. Sampling at the end of the tour was the highlight, while simultaneously learning about the process and different bottles. Highly recommend for an enjoyable and informative experience!

Modern. Visally fantastic. Techy. Even the tweens enjoyed it. The tasting at the end was varied. Glad it was in english tour and the tasting staff, so we could understand.

being passionate about Calvados, this was a fantastic visit, very well organised and presented and very informative. A visit to the lovely town of Pont l'eveque is also a great experience.

As you enter each section a film / animation begins. The English and French versions alternate every 15 minutes. We were the only two visitors for our "session" and found it fascinating. Lots of information about the region, apple production, and of course the making of Calvados. At the end you go into a bar area where a young man with excellent English explains about the different grades (VSOP, XO etc), and you taste each one and try and spot the difference. Only criticism is that the samples could have been more generous !

This experience is geared to a tourist crowd - it's a "Disney" view of cider making and not a visit to a family run cidery. And what an experience it is! You are guided through several rooms of a cinematic experience as you learn about the process of making cider and calvados. The experience is extremely well done and has the capacity for large tours (though we had the luxury of a near personal tour). Then you have a fabulous tasting room experience. Our only disappointment is that we had limited space in our luggage and could not buy that much!

Excellent! Very easy, very informative immersive experience!
Special mention to Greg at the tasting bar who is a real asset to the organisation, very personable and knowledgeable!
The boutique is so well presented, it is a delight to the eyes.
