Beautifully crafted in red stone and typical architecture, this temple is built on a well spread out area. The main sanctum is on a high elevated platform. The temple has a motor-able approach road bordering green tea gardens.Soothing clean atmosphere without any rush. A must see place to be visited, when in Dibrugarh.

This is a replica of the famous Jagannath Temple at Puri, on a smaller scale. It is constructed of concrete, with a faux sandstone finish, which looks almost like the real thing. The grand structure, with the intricate sculptures, gives you the feeling of being at an ancient temple.
It is a great place for an evening stroll. It is cool and breezy, and being surrounded by lush greenery, the ambience is that of being in another world, an earlier and simpler time, far away from the modern daily rush. That feeling alone is enough of a reason to visit this place. For the religious minded, it is of course a place for worship, but it is a nice place to visit for anyone.

Jagannath Temple in Dibrugarh has been constructed in last couple of years and is a very good place to visit. It is a temple complex with bi Jagannath Temple in the center and 8-9 temples like Hanuman, Ram-sita, Navagraha, Ganapati and others surrounding the main temple. The typical architecture and murals of Orissa are all over the temple and is a treat to watch. Its a very clean temple and you will enjoy visiting it.

We visited this temple while in Dibrugarh. It was well visited by devotees, clean, with a relatively modern look, and very interesting friezes on the outer walls. Definitely worth a visit.

It was a great change noticed when we got another chance to have darshan at Jagannath Dham after 15 years. It is an absolutely clean & well managed temple now where we could have darshan in peace and within a very short time.
