1. RURAL BALINESE LIFE & FARMING Arrive at Undisan Village-Bangli, you will be welcomed by a local Balinese who will escort to walk through the inner side of the village, visit elementary school and Waterfall. When you arrive in the paddy fields you start to explore and perceives to be a Balinese traditional farmer, how to plowing the rice field by traditional plowed that pull by pair of cows/buffalo and planting the rice seed which is need a balancing movement. Enjoy a fresh young coconut water and lunch in the hut in the middle of the rice fields. Continue with the soft trekking around rice field, visit Dalem Temple (temple of Siva God), visit silver and gold smith homemade that producing jewelry for Balinese dancer, Balinese bride & groom, than last visit to a Balinese house compound to join a typical Balinese activities such as making offering and do short traditional music course (Gamelan or Rindik). 2. COOKING CLASS (include lunch) Your day starts with visiting a traditional market, where you can find the ingredients for your cooking. Upon your arrival at a traditional house at Undisan village-Bangli you will be warmly welcomed by your local host who will guided into the secret of authentic Balinese dishes. Then enjoy your own cooked lunch/dinner. You are also invited to learn a typical Balinese activity, making offering. 3. CYCLING (include lunch & a local guide) Depart from your hotel, we headed straight to Agro Luwak Coffee Plantation, enjoy your Tea or Luwak Coffee with Balinese Cakes then takes your time to explore the coffee plantation and find the civet. Trip continue to Suter village, from where your ride will be started, you can see the beautiful view of Mount Batur volcano and crater lake. Along the ride through the pine forest, then little road with green environment until some stop at some points such as elementary school, a traditional complex of Balinese house, traditional bamboo webbing, visit Buayang village to see the scenery of mount Agung & Abang, visit Kedui Village temple. The cycling finish at Undisan village and enjoy your lunch at Padi Restaurant with ricefield view. 4. TREKKING Enter the Undisan village with a trekking among the rice field and plantation through a beautiful valley. Visit a local elementary school, Waterfall and Pura Dalem (temple of Lord Siva), enjoy your lunch in the hut in the middle of the rice fields. Continue to visit a local Balinese house where people doing silver and gold smith, producing jewelry for Balinese dancer, bride and groom. 5. YOGA COURSE There are a seemingly infinite number of ways to relax the mind, body and spirit in Bali. Yoga brings an awareness of ourselves and how we approach life. It is a natural process that help retrain mind and body to eliminate stress. Through the regular practice you can increase stamina, improve the concentration and mental clarity, strengthen body and serenity of mind. 6.LUNCH or DINNER IN A BALINESE HOUSE Enjoy a delicious authentic Balinese food in a Balinese traditional house, taste our home-cooked lunch while you feel a different atmosphere of the Balinese compound. Our host will explain the unique feature of the house in related with Asta Kosala Kosali , the traditional construction rules and the philosophy of the house that appearing the Balinese people life. 7. DAILY LUNCHEON or DINNER It is Padi Restaurant which is overlooking the rice field will bring comfort to your stomach. It will show you the utmost culinary skill in preparing delectable dishes. We are using organic food ingredients without MSG. Make your meal more enjoyable with our selection of wine, beverages and choice of coffee. 8. BALINESE WEDDING BLESSING Balinese Blessing ceremony is a religious wedding procession that Balinese people do for their marriage. Balinese wedding ceremony in Bali lead by Priest called "Pemangku". No documents needed and no legal certificate will showing after the ceremony. All offering, made from coconut leaf, fresh flower, fruits and Balinese cracker which is arranged harmony to show the culture of Bali and all of the offering has meaning. Couples are dressed in Balinese costume which is included in the package.
