Stayed here in late October, not ski time but passing through to see foliage around. Hotel has no charm. Doesn’t even look Japanese though wife says the hot spring is quite nice. Was not impressed at all with food served at restaurant - ate smallest...More

This is our third season at Sahoro. We stayed at Club Med, but we used the Sahoro lifts & ski run. The fields are great, almost empty. Powder most of the time. This year they opened a new lift on the other side of the...More

Nice ski field with less people than Niseko. Probably easier for beginner and intermediate skiers. On a sunny day, it is really beautiful. Very easy to navigate on the field and quite safe.

Had 2 sessions of ski lessons, our instructors spoke no/limited English but we managed to learn how to ski. Food at the gondola station was good and reasonably priced.

There were many slopes suitable for skiers of different skill level. There were many groups of Club Med kids having lessons. But other than that, the slopes were not crowded, allowing space for young learners. A lovely place to ski.

Located in Central Hokkaido this resort is a surprise package. Plenty of long groomed runs for intermediate skiers and those with younger children. The gem is the amount of tree skiing and back country skiing that no one seems to know about. Great pitch and...More
