After parking in the free car park, you are taken up to the top of the hill on a golf cart that drives itself. Views of the area are good from the top of the hill and better from the tower, either from the enclosed 2nd and 3rd floors or from the open air 4th and 5th floors. Entry fee... More

There is a Shell museum which is totally worth the visit. Incredible range of shells. The views from the tower are really amazing, specially from the top 4th floor. Toilets are available, restaurants as well.

Stumbled upon this place after driving across from the mainland and it was an unexpected little trip. We were expecting to walk up a lot of steps to get to the tower but instead there were automatic carts that drive you on a very scenic little route up. We were very impressed that you can select different languages to get... More

We only visited this place for a short 40 minutes (We were with Naha Bus Day-Tour trip). Basically only here for the stunning view...the bus tour didn't allow us enough time to walk to the beach, so we didn't get a chance to walk around much. Only inside the Kouri Ocean Tower. They do sell souvenir here and some famous... More

The Kouri Ocean Tower is a place with stunning view. My kids love the shell museum, we'd been able to look at different kind of shells that we'd never seen in our life. The shop in the tower has souvenirs and food that can't be found in other places in Okinawa and the prices are reasonable. Must Visit.

A drive-less cart will bring you to the top. There is a shell museum, a restaurant and a small shop in the top is selling delicious pumpkin croissants!

The view totally worth the drive. The entrance fee is reasonable. My two kids love the automatic car ride. We had pineapple juice, pumpkin croissant at the little cafe. They are loving.

Its restaurant is much attractive than its tower. I will recommend you to have lunch in the restaurant. But you dont have to buy the ticket for the tower and its auto-move golf cart. (Because i think they are a bit over-price) The restaurant get the best view and the food is very delicious. It is Japanese-style-western food. And if... More

You pay a fee, stand in line and then you are helped into a driverless golf cart. These golf carts have sensors built-in which tell the cart to stop when another cart is in front and to help it drive straight and make turns. So when they load up passengers, the cart starts its journey and the next empty cart... More

Kouri Tower was included as one of our sightseeing stops in our northern Okinawa tour. We witnessed many types of shells on display and a lovely view of Kouri bridge and the ocean can be seen from the top of the tower. If you wish to have a quick bite, you should try the delicious pumpkin croissant at the cafeteria.
