This place is wonderful! We went twice whilst on holiday, first for a tour and tasting, then we went back on our last day for lunch.
Florencia was our guide and what a sweetheart! She does the tour in both English and Spanish, and is very knowledgeable about the wines, the process and the general area and history. Theirs is quite a different way of making the wines, so very interesting even if you've done wine tours before. We tasted 3 wines, each more 'dangerously' smoother and more delicious than the last!
When we went back for lunch, we chose the 5 course menu. Each dish exquisitely cooked and paired with specific wines. The service was impeccable, all employees and the family were all fantastic and very professional.

We jokingly suggested they install hammocks for a little siesta after lunch - I think we'd live there! Best vineyard in Mendoza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came for lunch and wine at 2pm. Ordered our food of choripan and beef burger with the suggested wines. The service staff were excellent and very attentive but the food took quite a long time. When it arrived I received about 6 cold chips with the choripan and my friend the same. I told the service staff who apologised but said the best the chefs would do was reheat them. He apologised and said that it was poor service because of the big table of 8 who were being served at the same time. They proceeded to reheat our already reheated chips! Great service staff and lovely wine but avoid the food, chefs seem to be unaccommodating.

This was an amazing experience. It’s a beautiful vineyard and the dining and tasting experience was amazing. The dining area on the covered deck area overlooking the vineyard is beautiful. Florencia speaks impeccable English and the service was fantastic. Large wine tasting samples (we did two tastings each and didn’t need to buy any more wine for lunch). The wine is first class and the food very good also. Would definitely recommend.

We visited Tempus Alba as one of 8 wineries during our visit to Mendoza. The tasting experience here was extremely unique - rather than having a tour we were able to taste 4 different wines and be walked through the proper steps to taste a wine. We learned everything from how to look for the color, body, length, smell, and taste. Highly recommend!

The vineyards are beautiful and you can do a "self tour" and see how they make the wine.

The wine tasting and food is really great value and the staff are lovely. The views are just fantastic. We spent a lovely couple of hours here. We didn't feel rushed at all.

The views in the grounds are great. This looks more appropriate for backpackers or families. It was a cute food truck that served cups of wine and the landscaping was great for a wonderful afternoon sipping on wine. We went for lunch. All of the food was really just average and so was the wine. Service got a little slow, but it was fine. I had a nice experience and I am grateful to visit new wineries, but I don’t have to repeat this one.

When our lunch plans fell apart at another spot, we decided to visit Tempus Alba 2 1/2 hours ahead of our scheduled visit, in the hopes that we could negotiate our way into the restaurant. Instead we were welcomed like family, returning home. We were greeted with such hospitality and enthusiasm from Christian, Jasmine, Brittany and all of the staff, that we literally ended up spending most of the afternoon there, enjoying the food, the wine, the setting, the atmosphere, the music, all of it. It was just great. A beautiful spot, a beautiful winery. As for the food, the salads that my wife and I enjoyed were fresh, perfectly dressed, and were welcome after so much traditional Argentine fare. My wife also ordered the beet gazpacho, and I couldn't resist the steak sandwich, even after promising myself "no steak" on this day. Both were perfect. The wines speak for themselves; all are very good examples of the varieties and the styles that Tempus Alba has chosen to make. The Malbec rose' was the best of this type of wine that we have found, but please understand that all the wines were very good. This should be a part of your itenerary on a visit to the Mendoza wine country. You can be an informal, casual guest, still expecting and enjoying properly prepared and presented food and wines. We even enjoyed the winery tour, and we have toured maybe 50 or more wineries.

There is a self guided tour that we can do of the winery prior to the tasting! The terrace is lovely with views of the mountains. There are a few wine tasting options as well as a menu for snacks and/or lunch. However we found the service to be slow.
