Can't knock the place, friendly staff and not a rip off, yes it has it faults, but that adds to the character of the place. All animals clean and looked it good health. Kids would love it and you get so close to the animals.

Whilst i'm sure children would enjoy this venue, we found the place to be very run down, with patched fences, imaginative use of cable ties and with overgrown and apparently unkempt enclosures. For us, 40 minutes was plenty of time to take in the entire...More

Found this little zoo when visiting Borth. The enclosures are in need of some de weeding/ stinging nettles and rails and barriers could do with a lick of paint. However, the range of animals at the zoo were very surprising. A great family outing.

The Zoo is small but the Staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helpful. Many of the animals are rescue animals. There was plenty to keep the children interested, and all our questions were answered in a friendly manner.
