Interesting little pub cum antiques shop cum art gallery. Only one real ale on tap when we visited - Welsh Pale Ale - very enjoyable though.

We found this little pub on our holiday to Borth. You cant miss it as there is only one street in Borth. We went in on a saturday lunch time and was empty. The bar area is very traditional and has a reasonable selection of beers/Ales. As you walk through you'll find an antiques shop upstairs and if you carry... More

real beer, dogs welcome, old fashioned proper pub. We spent a lovely afternoon in the beer garden with our children. Not a chain pub, unpretentious, everything you want really!

I always look forward to my trips to Borth so that I can step down into this little gem of a pub. It's so old fashioned, quirky and serves great real ales. I can see why people might not like it - the owner is a bit grumpy, and it's full of odd bit and pieces, but that's part of the... More

Strange quirky place this. You enter down some steps into a front section which clearly functions as a pub. But then the corridor and the room behind is more art gallery and family play room equipped with table tennis table. And then up the stairs is some sort of antiquities / junk shop during the day. It's worth buying a... More

What a fascinating little pub. Serving good real ale in a pub which has a interesting history in Borth. With friendly helpful service making the Friendship a great place for a pint. Thee is also an antique shop upstairs. Musicians play regular, but we were unable to go that night but intend to next time we're in Borth.

After hearing live music as we were walking past a friend and I decided on the spur of the moment to pop in and have a look - we didn't regret it! Lovely, lively, different pub, fab live music, great locals and top landlord - Tracy and I thank you for making us (and our dogs!) so welcome - we... More
