This was my 2nd visit to Zu’s fitness week and I loved every minute of it. I lost my motivation back home and by the end of my week with Zu, I had my mojo back.

I didn’t think of it as a fitness camp, just a week away for me, doing activities I enjoy, and the sun makes it even better. Zu has so much energy that it rubs on to you, and helps you when you start to lose that bit of vital energy.

When walking or cycling, you get to see the most beautiful scenery.

The food is amazing and easy to make at home, following the receipes on the Stayfit website.

By the end of the week, you will have made new friends to keep in touch and Zu is always on hand to guide you and give advice when you get back home.

June 2018 was my 3rd time with Zu and hopefully make my 4th trip again in November (fingers crossed 😀). I love Zu!, she has so much energy, she’s kind, and always finds a way to making the trip fun. I can honestly say that I have made a friend for life.
Great friend and great Personal trainer!! Bonus!! So my trip always feels like I am visiting a friend not a fitness bootcamp. (Don’t get me wrong, Zu still works me! With love❤️😀)

In the past, I have paid for 10 hours PT sessions and it cost more than a trip to stayfit. So I have decided to stop doing these PT sessions and go to Stayfit once or twice a year. Making it something to look forward to and, to mentally and physically prepare myself for the challenges, so that way I am constantly training my body in anyway I can. Spending 7 days (10 hours a day!) with Zu, you get to learn a routine that you can apply or adapt into your lifestyle. Plus enjoy the sun!

Every time I visit Majorca - stayfit I learn something new about myself and get to meet great people. Stayfit allows you to challenge and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Fortunately (thank goodness😀), I’m confident going to gym on my own BUT after every visit with stayfit I use new techniques and routines that I learnt to my gym sessions or feel motivated to start a new activity. Currently it’s boxing and weight training. So for those who finds going to gym intimidating, stayfit is seriously a great way to start.

As well as great activities, food is also great. Such simple ingredients that is turned into a healthy and delicious meals throughout our stay. I’ve tried few recipes from the stayfit website and it’s was still amazing. My favourite is the curry! I would recommend going to stayfit by yourself for the first time because you really learn your limit, finding out what you really enjoy without any influences apart from Zu. Thereafter, go with a friend(s) as a fun activity holiday…don’t worry!! Zu does give you time to top up your tan and/or laz around the pool or beach 😀. You won’t regret going!!. Especially when life gets to much and you need an escape on your own 😀!!

I learned about StayFitBreakFree from a close friend who has known and worked with Zuzana many times before and I admit I was curious ~ but who goes on vacation to exercise?!?! Control their food choices and quantities?!? And not have a glass of wine or two? For a whole week -- I did! It was not as much a vacation as an investment in my health and overall well being . A very powerful and rewarding experience! It was nothing like what I expected - it was a safe, caring and very well planned week full of diverse and challenging activities all with the backdrop of the amazing island of Mallorca. I was gently lured into doing much more than I ever thought I was capable of. I learned a ton about nutrition and the now obvious interdependence of mind, body and ultimately spirit . As a forever working mom (raised 3 children) entering a new stage of life; this program was exactly what I needed to get 'back to center" having no idea how far I had strayed from my natural state of being ... everything was out of whack and after a week of "handing over the keys to my life to Zu" I came back "home" in every sense of the word. Life is Good! Forever grateful to all the teachers of my life and most recently to Zu! Until next time!!! Lynn

You will never, ever regret your decision to treat yourself to this week of fitness and health with Zu. This is the 3rd time I've come here. I wasn't in a very good place, and just needed some encouragement to get back to some sort of regular exercise and happiness. By the end of the week I was back on the path to fitness and feeling lighter in body and mind... Zu knows what I am capable of and will just push you enough to make sure you are doing the best for you. The exercise is mixed, with indoor gym work balanced with walking, cycling, beach workouts and some calming yoga and meditation to end the days' hard work.
Healthy food sustains you throughout the week and Zu is a font of knowledge on all current nutritional thinking.
But this week is also more than just the food and exercise, it is about the support and motivation you get from Zu, who cares so much about your wellbeing, and also from your fellow ladies who are battling the same problems as you. Friendships will be made! And a lifetime of support :)

This is my 3rd time working with Zuzana on my fitness. And every time I achieve more and find new things that will make my work life balance more sustainable. The week is hard but all do able. I never felt pushed past my edge I always felt nurtured and zuzana really cares about her clients. Not only physically but she is a great listener and helps guide me to get under the why's so I can develop the how's. This time I lost 8.8 pounds! 4 inches off my waist and 2 off my hips. I have always met wonderful people who have been struggling with the same challenges and by sharing this have become stronger and more confident to achieve my goals. I always cry when I leave as the environment is so safe to grow and be a better me. ❤️

The best week you can give yourself for weight loss / well being! My friend and I treated ourselves to a girlie week full of fitness, healthy food and great conversations. I highly recommend doing this week for weight loss or simply to get fitter. Tailored training activities from aqua aerobics to walking in the gorgeous countryside to burn calories and get your body moving how it should. Nourishing healthy natural meals meant we never felt hungry. All was managed by Zuzana in a professional and knowledgeable way. It's not scary boot camp but nurturing and kind. She is one of the most supportive and positive people I've ever met, she believes in you which is incredibly contagious. I finished my week feeling the best I've felt in over two years!!! It wasn't easy and believe me when you hit your detox/low point it's emotional... but that makes it all the more rewarding. It really is a treat for your body so go for it!

If you are looking for the complete package to get you on track with your health & fitness then this is definitely the thing for you.
Zu has so much knowledge & experience which meets the needs of every individual on the course. The groups are small which means you really get to experience everything that is arranged.
The range of exercise is so varied and you don't get bored of any of it. Majorca is a stunning location too.
The food was so good and was definitely a focal point of many conversations drink the week and after we left.
I can't recommend Stayfitbreakfree highly enough. I left feeling so much healthier and happier than when I arrived thanks to Zu!

I've just come back from Puerto Pollensa having spent a week with Zu and am feeling so incredibly good.I wasn't sure what to expect as I'd never done anything like this before but (luckily) something encouraged me to sign up. The setting is breathtaking, exercising at sunrise on the beach just makes your body and soul feel so good. Don't be daunted by the 6 hours of exercise a day as each session is so varied your physical and mental approach to them is fresh and vibrant and you will probably participate in things you've never done before, I did! You'll get to see beautiful parts of the island out on excursions that you wouldn't otherwise see. Zu is an excellent trainer and has an amazing ability to help you to dig deeper than you thought you could to achieve great results. It's not all hard work, we had time off to enjoy some well earned R&R. It was a totally stress free week as Zu competently looked after everything from transfers, accommodation, all activities and provided all our nutritional requirements seemingly effortlessly.
I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this healthy option holiday to anyone looking to unlock their motivation as Zuzana will definitely help you to do that.

This is the second time I've come to Mallorca to get fit and healthy with Zu. I came back as I know she will motivate me to work my hardest. She can see your potential and makes sure you don't sell yourself short but work hard to give yourself the boost and kick-start to fitness that's the reason you made the choice to sign up. The majority of activities take place outside, in the stunning landscape of this north-eastern part of the island. Each day is different. Cycling, walking, kayaking, mixed with boxing or cardio on the beach, with yoga adding to the balance of low and high intensity exercise. Zu provides delicious healthy food to support your day's activities, and she is a font of all knowledge on all things current in nutrition and health. Though weight loss is not the primary goal I did manage to work off 11lb which has helped boost my confidence for my next adventure in life. I thoroughly recommend Stay Fit Break Free :)

Just back from an amazing week with Zu. Each day you do 6 hrs approx of activities such as hiking, cycling, kayaking, circuits, yoga, hula hooping ......... It is very varied so although there is a lot of exercise, it's different all the time. Zu is so positive and keeps you going through it all. The food is delicious - very healthy of course, but I didn't feel hungry during the week. At the end of the week you get a final weigh and measurements and our results were great! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make changes in their lives or who, like me, just need a bit of a kick start to get back on track.
