The Boquer is a victim of it's own success. In the past it was visited by birdwatchers and a few walkers. Now there is a steady stream of visitors all day and the erosion has increased significantly. It is still worth visiting but it is...More

We were told it was easy, did the walk in canvas shoes but it had been raining and it was very steep and slippery, large rocks and bolders to climb over, not a good idea without boots and perhaps a stick!

Don't bother to attempt the difficult descent to the beach. It really isn't worth it. Playa de Formentor is so much nicer if you want a swim.

Did this walk on a grey day, very enjoyable and not too taxing. Not many birds about that day, but a booted eagle seen at long range.

I visited Boquer Valley based on the previous reviews. It was a nice, moderate hike. The elevation changes were not drastic, but there were some slightly difficult terrain to navigate - rocky and slippery (it had rained the day before). I recommend good shoes, but...More
