- A meeting with a passionate Peter Svenningsen.
- A tour in the world's most modern and advanced winery
- 7 absolutely fantastic tasty wines
- An incredibly delicious tapas buffet
A visit to the winery in week 43 was one of the most impressive experiences me and my two friends have had in many years.
Expectations were high before the visit, but the meeting with Søren and the whole place blew our minds. Meeting Søren, who has such a wild dream of creating the world's best wine was a unique and educational experience. In a captivating way he told and described how he will succeed in it, .
After the tour, we were allowed to enjoy an overwhelming tapasbuffet with lots of freshness and taste, while we were guided through a fantastic wine tasting. They were all incredibly tasty wines - it may well be that Søren has not been in business for very long time and it is probably not the world's best wine jet - but he is well on his way - he will succeed.
Thanks for a crazy experience.

BiniVista is a fantastic experience for wine lovers and everyone else, who wants to see and listen to the story of passionate and visionary people creating a world class winery from the ground up. It is impossible not to walk away inspired and wanting to taste more of their wine!

It was a great experience visiting this winery which is founded by Søren Svenningsen. Absolutely TOP wines& fantastic people! Thanks a lot for producing such an excellent wine for us!
