Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Though this mountain was not high, but there was very good point to enjoy Cheongpung lake view. The observatory on the top was well managed, and had some facilities. And there was easy to access by Cable car, and spent about 10 minutes. The view of Cheongpung lake was more impressive than I think, and the atmosphere was excellent. We were satisfied with the view and the atmosphere. If in near, must visit and enjoy.

This is the mountain near Cheongpung Lake in Jecheon. It's an amazing view and one of the most popular sites in the city.
- You can reach either cable car or monorail. In fact, these are more famous than the mountain. Take enough time to enjoy Cinema 360 as well at the cable car station.
- It is not crowded when we visited on weekday. I think it'll be in a mess with many visitors delivered by tour buses on weekend.
- There aren't many lakes(reservoir actually) as this big near the mountain in Korea. The view around the observatory is really scenic.
- At the observatory on top, there are cafés and some other things. All the visitors should leave before 6 pm.
- It seemed there are other good places on mountain other than this observatory on the highest peak.
