You must make the very short detour off the main highway to visit this amazing set-up. Put aside even a couple of hours. You will not be disappointed. Not because it has won national architectural and excellence museum awards but because of what it offers...More

Loved this joint Dutch and Maori museum slash library. Really interesting and interactive displays. Spaces for the kids and really appealing layout and architecture.

This new café is so nice in our Library / Museum at Foxton, the food is from the cabinet and is made by the Dutch Oven. The area is light and bright and an outside area under cover is great.
