- tommy923Llanelli, United Kingdom12 contributionsGreat day outWe had a great day at Heatherton yesterday. 6 kids ages ranged from 8-14 and all enjoyed. The facilities were very good and the staff were excellent, helpful friendly and patient when needed! Food also great and good value. Thoroughly recommend and will be returning later in the year.Visited February 2023Travelled with familyWritten 25 February 2023
- Russell PBlackwood, United Kingdom5 contributionsGreat Staff, Great DayoutWe were surprised by how much there was to do at Heatherton, archery, pistol shooting, zip lines, go karts, golf range, indoor bowling, etc but the real treat was the staff. The Manager was very people orientated and the staff could not do enough to make your day better, BIG shout out to Sam, who was a gem and made our experience so much more enjoyable. We went on a fairly cold March day and still had a blast, plenty of seating areas, a ton of activities for pre teens and young families, food available (we did not purchase) warm/cold drinks all reasonably priced. They even have escape rooms on site, which we did on a different day, and they were well managed, fun and tough to complete in time, really great fun.Visited March 2023Travelled with familyWritten 24 March 2023
- happyEngland0352 contributionsFantastic day outWe visited today as a family of 4, 2 boys of 7 & 10. The weather was pretty terrible but we were so impressed there was only 3/4 activities shut (due to safety in wet weather) we bought 40 credits and used them all. We spend from 10:15-17:00 in the park. The queues, if any, were short and the kids absolutely loved the place. 7hrs in the rain and not one complaint! They went on: Walk on water (twice each) Indoor play Archery Clay laser Bumper boats (twice each) Dragon slide (both slides, once each) 4x4 land rovers Driving school Pistol shooting Raceway Crazy golf Go Karts Plus the sandpit, outdoor play & the giant snakes and ladders. Despite the weather we had a fab day. This park is like nothing we have visited before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Brought our own picnic, but plenty of seating areas undercover outside. We were originally worried we might only have enough credits to last a couple of hours but we spent the whole day there. Fab time, would highly recommendVisited April 2023Written 5 April 2023
- Al B9 contributionsGreat fun for kidsQuite expensive but what isn't these days. Good system for paying for what you use and non participants don't need to pay. Activities great and something for everyone. Site well looked after and staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyable day out.Visited April 2023Written 6 April 2023
- H M MDerby, United Kingdom8 contributionsBit disappointed, but great poteHad the potential to be a great day, but wasted some of the credits as activities were closing and then reopening. Limited staff around to ask and when staff were available they didn’t often know what was happening. Understand risk assessments have to take place when weather is bad, but there was a complete lack of communication. Weather didn’t improve but then Water walk reopened after being told it wouldn’t and so used up all out credits to find it open as we were leaving. Shame as I can imagine it being great fun.Visited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 12 April 2023
- AshleyPrestatyn, United Kingdom6 contributionsFantastic family day out for all ages.Fantastic place for families looking for a fun filled say out. It has everything for everyone pretty much. It’s so good for younger children a lot of places. The staff and the facilities are fantastic and the new tree tops adventure area looks epic. Our boys and myself and my wife had the best day out and made some fantastic memories.Visited May 2023Travelled with familyWritten 3 May 2023
- ZeemumCardiff, United Kingdom32 contributionsGreat Escape RoomsOur 3rd visit to Heatherton for Tenby's Great Escape and once again it did not disappoint. Bruce was as excellent as ever making the whole experience great fun from start to finish. Having tried each of the Escape Rooms they are one of the best we have tried -hopefully more will be developed so we can come back again! A great place to spend an afternoon trying the other attractions too!Visited June 2023Written 21 June 2023
- Steve123_5Worcester, United Kingdom58 contributionsUnderwhelmingPositives- Very clean, well laid out, ideal for 4 - 11 year olds , an amazing website Reality- people skills are not many of the employees strong points. Don’t take any family members over 11 ,reading the reviews this is backed up. Many kids seem to have had a good time. we thought it’s all aimed at kids, but this is made clear on the website. Value for money?, again, if you have to younger family members, not bad. But if you have teenagers. Like us, you will walk away feeling somewhat underwhelmed.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 22 July 2023
- Gavin LBirmingham, United Kingdom5 contributionsGood fun but needs updatingHeatherton has a range of activities that cater to different interests. The go karts were fun but helmets and overalls were well used. The kids loved the pistol shooting and archery. The crazy golf was one of the best we’ve been to. The maze was fantastic. However the dragon slide was a bit of a let down. The tokens are printed on a piece of paper and are easily lost, 2 families had lost their tokens. I would recommend to friends but would set expectations.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 29 July 2023
- AKrn657Bromsgrove, United Kingdom29 contributionsA fun day outPurchased a fixed family ticket with 30 shareable credits. I think this venue is as fun as you choose to make it. We really enjoyed our day out. Contrary to other reviewers experiencing rude staff, we found that if you engaged and chatted with them with regard, you received the same in return. One of our teens has additional needs and the staff were respectful of this and couldnt do enough to support her. The toilets are poor and in quite a dire state throughout the venue. Could definitely do with refreshing and perhaps cleaning more frequently. Food/drink kiosk/cafe prices are quite reasonable and there are plenty of seating and bench areas throughout the venue to eat/picnic. Best activities for us: archery, clay laser shooting, the maze & adventure golf. Venue is clean throughout and plenty of parking available. Would we return? Yes. Would we recommend? Yes, but only if in the area.Visited August 2023Travelled with familyWritten 14 August 2023

We visited Heatherton while staying at Florence Springs Lodges nearby. The kids loved the activities (age 6 and 8) especially the jeeps, bouncing pillows and junior karts. The best bit was we didn’t have to pay anything for us parents and grandparents as entry to the park is free - you only pay for the activities you want to do using credits on a pass! We all had a great day and it ended up being quite reasonably priced as we only had to pay for activities for the children. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re down!

Amazing place for all the family. We came all the way from Scotland and had a fantastic time even though the weather was horrific ( we are used to it being from scotland). Staff were so so helpful and friendly and cheery regardless of the rubbish weather and nothing was an issue to them. Would definetly recommend and if it wasnt an 8hr drive we would definetly be back !

Visited just as schools had gone back so the park was quiet, beautiful weather arrived late in the day (3/330) due to cancellation of another activity elsewhere. And also the following day for booked junior high ropes.
Purchased 6 credits for Miss 8, she loved the go karts and went on twice.
Friendly staff , who were accommodating to the park quietness, didn't have to wait in a queue to go on activity, just waiting for the staff to move between each area.
2credits for the zipline totally worth it, but 1 credit per ride for Dragon slide not. Felt there was an inconsistency between the length of activity and the credits.
Overall would absolutely visit again. Good to be able to purchase credits per person instead of per entry.
Also great to see staff being part of the upkeep of the park, hedge care, painting etc.

A super place to visit with young children or grown up children. Plan your day in advance then you’ll know how many credits to buy
Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful
A huge variety of things to do. Our 5 year old grandson had so much fun. As did his mum and dad!
Highly recommend

Booked whilst staying in the area, the format of the place (free entry and tickets to pay for activities per person) worked well for us as not everyone wanted to do the same activities.
The kids (teens) did go-karting, zorbing and crazy golf and enjoyed everything they did.
We took a picnic but went into the cafe, which seemed reasonably priced.

I understand you buy credits but how much is each activity in terms of credits? Knowing my boys they will want to do EVERYTHING!

Hi, I would say definitely No! We took our niece who is 4, there is nothing they can go on by themselves really, she went on 3rides with an adult, definitely more at Folly Farm for little ones, hope this helps.

Umm baseball, archery, clay pigeon shooting and guns are under cover. Then I guess go karting would be alright because you have overalls and a helmet on. Other than that, there's a little arcade and during the summer they have other activities that could be covered.

Hi my husband and I are visiting midweek this week. Will it be really quiet? We would like to do crazy golf and the maze and we are all ready booked in for treetops.
Btw what is the power fan?

The park will be an average busy day due to October Half Term.
The crazy golf and maze are running daily from 10am - purchased on the day. Please make note that the maze is a newly planted beech tree maze, so it is a low level maze for the first couple of years.
The powerfan jump is similar to a banjeee jump, off the top of our 13m tower. :)
Kind Regards
Simon
