Small botanical garden very close to Ahu Akivi. All privately funded and constructed. Focused on tropical plants--many that bloom constantly. This is a nice spot to spend 1.5-2+ hours if you enjoy lush gardens. The garden also offers transportation to and from for a small...More

A beautiful little botanical garden not far from town. They even offer transport for a small fee. It's basically the work of one very dedicated man, Juan Carlos Poblete. Plants from around the world and small sculptures. A nice break from the breathtaking sites of...More

I went there twice and both days it was closed. The sign posted said it should have been open. I sent them an email to find out about a flower that appeared in thier flyer but i haven´t got an answer yet

My wife and I spent nine days on Easter Island, and there is not much we didn't see. We passed this place on the way back from one of our drives around the island, and decided to stop in. This garden is unique in that...More

A unique place in Rapa Nui, this garden is clearly a labour of love for the owner. Walk through twisty paths through a huge variety of plants and shrubs, most of them native but some grown from seeds brought in specially from such places as...More

This beautiful garden was created five years ago only by one family. The plants and flowers have come from various places all over the world. It is well worth a visit, especially on a hot summer's day.
