We originally booked a year ago, but was rained off, then second attempt was cancelled due to covid, so 3rd time lucky? We spent the week beforehand in Kent to be near, and the weather for our day was forecast as awful, but we went any way and Ryan was well up for taking us out regardless, so we agreed and WHAT a great decision that was! Although it was very windy (which actually gave the birds good exercise), there was no rain whatsoever, despite BBC saying it would be 98% for the whole 6 hours (never trust them or any site, just go and see what really happens). We had a private tour with about 10 birds, 4 of which were massive, including an American bald eagle, which was so heavy we could only keep our arms up for about a minute before gravity and weakness took over! Our favourites were the 3 big owls, which we didn't expect before we went. They are so funny, and have the best characters, but ALL the birds were AMAZING! We flew them all loads and had such a great time I can't stress how good it was. Ryan was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and driven, it is exactly what you want. Zoe was really patient with us, it had been 15 months after we were first supposed to go, but they still let us come. The grounds were gorgeous with a lovely lunch, which provides a great backdrop for the pictures and videos. Ryan basically started at 5am and by the time he cleaned up would be done 14 hours later. This is a tough job but he loves it, absolute legend and tells you everything about how it works. We'll go back as soon as we can.…

Having initially only bought for one person, we were able to add on a second person when we arrived. There was only the two of us on the intro course which was fantastic. We had plenty of time with the two owls and then took the two hawks for a walk. Lots of hands on experience and feeding. Beautiful location. We had a great day!…

We were very privileged to have the first experience session after lock down. Zoe made us really welcome, and her knowledge and enthusiasm was infectious. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the facilities before the flying experience. Zoe obvioulsy has a passion and understanding of all the birds and this showed when it came to actually flying the owls. I came away knowing more than I did and this is all thanks to Zoe. Would highly recommend to anyone with a love of birds of prey. Cannot wait to visit again as their plans for the future sound absolutely fantastic. Thanks again for a great afternoon.…

Had an amazing half day experience, Ryan was great at sharing his passion of the birds and we learnt so much about the falconry industry and behind the scenes which was really interesting. Plus the birds were absolutely beautiful, full of character and clearly very well looked after! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.…
