About Hangloose at Eden Project
Hangloose is the home of SkyWire, the longest and fastest zip line / zip wire in England. Cruise head-first over the iconic Eden Project Biomes. And that's not all. We also have Gravity, the Giant Swing. A truly breath taking experience. Skytrek, Cornwall's newest and best Aerial Trekking Course, is great fun and allows you and your group to experience a high ropes course like no other. There's also Big Air the giant air-bag jump.

From start to finish the zipwire at Hangloose was fab! We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was no queues whatsoever. The staff were so friendly and made a couple of jokes with me to help me rest my nerves! The zipwire itself was fantastic and at every stage the staff explained everything. My partner and I purchased a media package for an extra £15 and in that package we got 6 x pictures and a video as soon as we had finished. I would say if you and your friend/partner etc fly together only one media package is needed as you can take pictures together on one package so it’s worth just buying one when you book and then asking about another when you arrive. All in all a great experience and we will be returning to do the other activities!

First school trip for our 6th form since Covid. We had a wonderful afternoon. The zip wire was amazing and the suspense tactics and fake-outs at the giant gravity swing was hilarious. You have given our students some amazing memories after this most difficult year, so thank you. 😊

Had an adrenaline filled time at Hangloose at the Eden Project. The experiences they offer are so much fun. Though I only did the Sky Trekking, Zip wire and the Gravity swing (not my thing!). Didn't do the 'drop & 'airbag jumps'. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Would highly recommend and will certainly be going again.

Activities were fantastic, don’t pay for the media package though we did yesterday 9/6/21 and didn’t have photos taken on the zip line, we were promised a refund at the end at reception - given an email to contact who then refused to issue a refund. Not impressed ruined an otherwise good day.

Hi Samt834, Might I recommend emailing us on info@hanglooseadventure.com as I don't remember refusing a refund due to a Media Pack issue. We usually offer refunds for Media Pack's not working and it seems unusual that we would refuse to refund you over an issue that wasn't your fault? Please get in touch via the email provided and we will look at this for you.
