This morning guide Anang and driver Okkie picked me op at the Aston-hotel in Jember. We meet and greet shortly before departure on the 2 hours drive and I got my breakfast and beverage. Anang speaks excellent English, while my Bahasa isn’t so good. My plan was to sleep in the car because I woke up very early, but Anang didn’t let me and friendly told me very much about the area of Jember, Banyuwangi en Bondowoso, the food, cultural things, the people and we had a nice conversation about that and where I come from. We drove by very nice villages, rice-fields, coffee plant ages and more! Then we arrive in Ijen and I was gladly surprised that Anang join me in the hike up to the crater, along the way he helped me, waited for me and told me a lot about the crater, the way up, the miners and more. He was very patient and didn’t rush, again we had a nice conversation along the hike, he’s also friendly to other people, espescially the miners and locals. I think that Anang has the talent to make you feel comfortable in a very natural and real way. At the rim, downhill and de drive back the same experience! I had a very beautiful and exciting tour! Next time I visit East Java, I wil choose Warna Indonesia again! Thanks to Anang and Okkie. Thanks both of you!!

Amazing trip with our very nice guide. We left for a 2-day trip in 4 wheel drive through the National Park of Beru Metiri. Several stops along the road, always worthy. By night we slept in a decent homestay in the middle of the park. Experience there was great. Thanks a lot !

We (family with 2 kids) have been on a trip around Java and decided to have an adventure in the jungle and to visit Bromo volcano. We looked in the internet and found Warna tours. We contacted them via WhatsApp and they have been able to organize for us an individual trip for the next day : tour to Bromo and a tour to Meru Betiri National park all in all 3 nights and for days. This was extremely quick and everything worked out perfectly. Nur, our guide, picked us up the next day and stayed with us the whole tour. He speaks very well English and is a very lovely guy. We had great fun and have been able to spend very interesting and impressing days. Especially the release of the baby turtles has been a highlight of our holidays. Thanks to all the Warna team for making our holidays very special !

We made a 2-day trip to Meru Betiri NP and the Sukamade Beach turtle conservation, organized by Warna Indonesia Tours. The area is extremely beautiful and diverse, with fruit plantations, jungle and nice sandy beaches. It really is a tropical paradise, and due to the difficult access much more quiet than nearby Bromo and Ijen. Our guide and driver were very friendly and helpful, and spotted lots of animals, including monkeys and birds while we were driving. Watching the sea turtles at night and releasing the baby turtles in the morning was also a nice experience. It may be a bit expensive for Indonesian standards (around 150 USD for 2 days, all inclusive), but its worth every dollar, and a highly recommendable excursion if you're visiting East Java.

Dear Warna, we always trust you to take us to or from Juanda Airport Sidoarjo. A week ago we used your travel service from Juanda Airport. Your service was good but unluckily the yellow mini bus that took us to Jember was in very bad condition, very hard at bumping although the road was good. We didn't know what the components of the mini bus were not good, but it felt so lack of maintenance. It makes me think twice to consider to travel with you from or to Juanda Airport. Sorry..
