We managed to reach the peak via an unconventional climb up the mountain face as the footpath is poorly sign posted. Having descended on the footpath, if you can get onto it for the climb it is about a 90 minute walk to the top....More

Easy drive up a high mountain. Popular with cyclists. Interesting weather station & probably home to CIA. Interesting monastery with breathtaking views.

Same people , great service and the food is wonderful and unique. It is even great when it is real windy and fogged in. We got it all including a great sunset. Have the Majorcan ox , unbelieveable.

From Rand to the monastery are 5 km to drive a street up to the mountain of 548 meter high. The nearest beach is Es Trenc (35 km drive).
