Visited in honour of 617 dam busters squadron while on an an historic aviation trail. The memorial is beautiful and very moving to see the number of young men who gave their lives for our freedom. Cannot fail to be moved.

I didn't count exactly but there must have been about 240 people on the memorial all from the same squadron, brings home the sacrifice made.

Very well kept, and well worth a visit if in the local area. Was very peaceful place to sit and such a lovely memorial. Was dusk when we visited and the area around was peaceful, quite and offered time to reflect.

A beautiful set out rememberance garden, not at all out of place set in a quiet high street. The design of the small gardens are a fitting tribute to the fallen.

Well tended area that commemorates the history of 617 Squadron (AKA The Dambusters) and the toll in human lives lost that this famous squadron has paid over the years.
