Faakersee is the most southern small lake in Austria. We camped there on camping Anderwald which is absolutely fine. Specially the restaurant on the campsite is top. Good food at a bargain.

I visited Faaker See during the fall. It is quiet and very beautiful lake. You can sit back and relax with the colors of the trees and Alpen mountains with some snow.

This lake is a real gem in the Alps! The water color is as on most beautiful tropical islands. There are also many beautiful beaches, restaurants and recreation possibilities, including water sports.
