Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We’ve been to 3 tree-top structures previously, this one unfortunately being the least enjoyable/impressive. As others have mentioned the experience is somewhat overpriced for 1,5 hours. We ordered tickets from the machine at the Lipno office which required the approval from a clerk. We waited more than 10 minutes for them to notice us while other people in line were getting serviced. We had some basic questions about what time the lift service ended and if it was open in case of rain, but the woman did not speak English, so we took a chance.

We took the ski-lift up. At the top is an area for food and drinks and good toilet facilities. The tree top experience includes statues of wooden birds and placards with information in Czech and German. Speaking neither language, this meant we didn’t understand much. There’s a net you can step out on which was fun - except we’ve tried it before at a higher altitude (in Slovakia). The view is pretty from the top, as you would expect, but does not include a description of what you are looking at (as seen in other tree tops). The highlight was taking the slide down (60 czk per person).

We opted to take the scooters down rather than the ski lift which was a lot of fun. The 3km path is also used for mountain bikes, so several times we held in to the side to let them pass. Challenges are highlighted with fluorescent paint. The road goes on both asphalt and through the forest.

The treetop walkway is nice, but €20 per person for a ski lift to the top of the hill is pretty steep....next time, I'll walk, thanks.

RIP OFF
At the bottom of the lift they tell you buy just lift tickets (round trip) and if you ask more questions at info center they just pretend they don’t understand you. Price for lift is €10 per person but when you go up the hill then they tell you in order go up to the tower you have to pay €15 per person, basically €25 per person for 10 minutes lift and the tower, it’s totally over priced, there’s nothing unique about this attraction. Not worth it .

You can take the ski lift when it works to get here or a small bus from the Lipno visitors centre. We walked, it was upwards but Ok despite quite a few stones on the way. The ticket was 290 Kc each with Lipno card, so not cheap, but worth it, The construction looks great and when you get a nice weather like we did, the views are very nice.

Great experience highly recommended! We took the cable car up the mountain which was fun and experience by itself. The climbing is full of amazing view all around. The view from the top is truly amazing. You can also take a fast slide through a tube down!

Lovely walk on wooden walkway in the treetops on the mountain . Really nice view of the surrounding countryside

You can go up the slope on the ski lift which is a great chance to enjoy the scents and sounds of the woodland slope .

You can take a very bumpy ride on the slide down from the treetop walk. It was fun but it was very bumpy and uncomfortable . It wasn’t expensive but was not included in our entrance ticket

The kids seemed to like it

This treetop walkway could be a nice stop for a short break - it takes about 30 minutes to see it all - but it is expensive for a 30 minute experience. In addition you will have to pay a high parking fee.

The walk is great, even with small kids / prams. The view from the top is breath-taking. Only at the entrance the process to buy a ticket is unnecessarily complicated 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is a fantastic treetop walkway which is therefore very popular place. I advise purchasing tickets online before going. The chairlift up is worth it as is the slide down. We came back down the mountain on scooters which was just the best. A great day out but get there early
