Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you are planning to visit Tono Furusatomura, you may want to skip the Chiba Farm House since you will see a lot of similar farm buildings there and it's a lot nicer. But if you don't have time to go there, this is closer to Tono and gives you a taste of old farm houses in rural Japan. Half an hour is enough to see it, and it's about a 20 minute drive from town. Furusatomuro warrants a couple of hours and has a nice restaurant. It takes about half an hour to get there so you can easily spend a half day on it, plus Fuksenji temple is nearby and is also worth a stop.
