I had great expectations for this park but once I entered it everything changed. There are too many people laying on the grass or playing ball everywhere. And above all there are too many people shouting and ruining the visit for everyone else. The park is too big and the amount of plants, flowers and trees is not nearly enough.... More

I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. I live in Italy. There are many beautiful parks and places to see. I see no benefit whatsoever in paying to visit here. Adults €12.50. Children (5-14 ) €6.50. Over 65 €10. We were a group of two adults, two children and two over 65s. That's nearly €60 in total. There were no amazing... More

It's hard to understand some of the negative reviews here but maybe they kicked the cat that morning... We wandered up from Borghetto, which is a lovely walk in itself, and decided that we would splurge on a golf cart as we knew the park was very big and I knew my feet wouldn't last! So glad we did. Sigurta is a beautiful park, however considering the entrance fee for a family and other attractions around we would recommend other attractions prior to visiting the park if you are travelling with kids. There is a nice maze but it is quite an easy one. A good place for a picnic

This garden is really a very large park with many well manicured lawns and some flower and aquatic gardens. By English standards it is not that amazing.. The best way to see the garden in the heat is to take the 30 minute train ride which takes you all over. Okay to visit if you are in the area but... More

I visited these gardens as part of a tour with Great Rail Discoveries. The gardens can be enjoyed at any time of year. The variety of planting and overall design is a joy. Fortunately there is transport available for those of us with reduced mobility. However, I found that GRJ did not advise me at any time that their tour... More

It's an amazing tour! It's the biggest garden of Italy and it has the most wonderful species of flowers and trees, with all kind of colors! You can chose to make this tour by walk, train or bike, according with your skills and desires.

Unusual (for Italy) and very beautiful gardens not far from Verona and Lake Garda. These are very large - 60 hectares/ 150 acres, laid out around 1800 to imitate a great English garden of the time, with rolling parkland-type lawns and views as well as colourful plantings, formal ponds, specimen trees, shrubs, etc. There is a Dotto train that gives... The gardens are very nice well maintained, there is a variety of both plants and locations: statues, garden maze, farm animals, ponds, colorful flowers and trees. We took a golf cart so we enjoyed the gardens with a personal gps guide (the cart's tablet) and the kids enjoyed the attractions and the ride. Took us two hours.
