Worth the visit just to walk where others did so many years ago. Good history write ups and designs of life back then. Is in good shape considering its age. A tad difficult walk in if you have issies walking bit mostly good for all...More

The former Monastery can be reached by car or on foot using a footpath from the nearby Parador. It was built in the eleventh century and has been sympathetically restored having fallen into disuse. The legend of how and why the monastery was built is...More

We were 7 adults and 7 young children so lucky there are no longer more monks here taking vows of silence! Fantastic views, grounds for the kids to let some energy of and just the right amount of info in the buildings themselves to feel...More

This monestry is one of the best places in Catalonia. It's in a beutiful mountain. The guide and the information are very good and they makes easy to undestand importants parts of the Catalonia history.

Striking nature. Scary car drive up the hill, but well worth it. Medeval monestary at a spectacular location. A bit scary way to walk the last bit for me with a touch of vertigo. But wort it and walking back was not hard.

Abandoned the unpleasant walk up from the Parador and collected the car, but it was certainly worth it when we reached the monastery. Very interesting, well restored and atmospheric site, with great views. We spent much longer than we expected, which is usually a good...More
