Plaza Del Mar is just 10min walk from Alicante beach or 15 min from Melia Hotel. This is a great shopping centre for clothes, shoes, food or everything between . There are also a number of Resturants and coffee stops. The main supermarket very large and includes an in house bakery and wet fish counter with an amazing array of... More

We went to this plaza off season so it wasn't overcrowded. There is a good variety of shops with all brig bands and you can buy whatever you need clothes,fragrance,phones,whatches,gadets...on two floors. There is a big supermarket on the ground floor with reasonable prices. The top flor is for fast food, try to eat somwhere else. Worth a quick look...

If we are in Alicante and need to visit a supermarket, we tend to go to the Alcampo in the Plaza Mar 2. There are numerous other stores available - Zara, C&A, Stradivarius, Yves Rocher, Paco Martinez, etc. There are also some eating places but we didn't try those. The car park is big and we have never had any... More

We visited this shopping centre on a very hot day. Lovely and cool inside!!! Parking was easy, green arrows alert you to empty spaces in the rows of parking. Great variety of shops, all had a sale, which my family were very pleased! Space is organised that shopping is on first 2 floors, then eateries on the top floor. McDonalds... More

Big shopping centre in the Santa Barbara Castle area of Alicante. It is a shopping centre like many others over 3 floors, the top floor being dedicated to restaurants. There are escalators. Variety of boutiques including a pet accessory shop!! The large supermarket proves very popular with holidaymakers and locals alike. You can buy everything in it; to me, it's... More
