Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Truly surprised to find an Antique Shop in such a small town. It is full to the rafters with all sorts of bits and bobs. The owner is a very friendly person who loves to chat. He is helpful and open to a deal

Visited this great antique shop with my family today ( 31/03/2022 ) as we do so regularly and have bought many items , 4 of us were in there , my son and daughter in law entered first , then myself and my other son , 3 of us had a bag of similar size , I was asked to leave my bag in front of the desk by a man we hadn't seen before because he said they had had too many breakages , I didn't want to but took out my purse and left my bag there , on walking round I felt bad at being singled out so when we got back downstairs I approached the man and a woman there and gave my feedback respectfully , I said I believed the man singled me out because 3 of us had a bag so it made no sense whatsoever , the woman said the owner had made her put a sign up and she was going to take it down , she also said they had 1 breakage but the man said several so didn't match , no apology was offered and I have made my choice to now boycott this shop , it is apparent this was nothing short of a power trip , you have just lost my whole families custom .

A great shop tucked away in a nice little town. The lady behind the desk is very friendly and always happy to help. The shop has a huge amount of stock to suit all budgets. If you're passing through, don't forget to stop off and visit this asset to the village!

After enjoying a lovely filling lunch at the nearby Windmill pub, we walked round to this fantastic treasure trove of a shop.
Boasting 5 large rooms filled with all kinds of memorabilia to cater for all interests - we left with three items for our home.
Great place to visit.

We drove into Burgh to visit this antique and collectables shop. There is limited time free parking along the side of the shop however remember to put a ticket in your car from the machine.
Surpisingly big inside with two floors and several rooms to explore. Lots of interesting thigs in cabinets or on display from several dealers. Worth taking a detour from the main road to visit.

Lovely antiques centre with some really quirky goods for sale. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable AND they've featured on the antiques road trip on TV. You can easily lose yourself for an hour browsing the shelves, definitely worth a visit.
