We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Either running around in their bikes, scooters, skateboard, hoover board, roller skates or on their foot they enjoyed the space available to do so. If you cant take any with you, no worries, there's a free of charge Merry Go Round, and sometimes on Friday nights a movie is displayed under the stars. Pop corn, "pinchos", "piñas coladas", and other delicious "frituras" are available to buy from local kiosks.

Nice plaza, drove around but didn't stop but had lots of a Christmas decorations, small shops, coffee shop and historical buildings on the same place. There were lots of people talking, seating or just walking through. Gave the sense of a strong community. Prepare for slow traffic ( but it's normal since it's the center of the city).

The Plaza Palmer is a great place to hang out with children. Lot to eat right at the plaza. Especially Xtreme Burger. The burgers are super delicious and very affordable. A family of 4 eats with $20.00. The kids can run and even go with the bicycles, scooters or any other toy, Its a very safe place to go.

Get a coffee at Cafe Palmer. Great Latte! Get some tips on travel.
Scenic architecture and local folks!
The botanical gardens on other side if Hwy 52 is a good respite from the beach and hot sun.

This is one of the best townsquare in PR! Beautiful trees and palm trees but most of palm trees had been damaged only a few left standing! I am very sure this plaza will be as beautiful or better in no tine

I haven't seen a Plaza Publica so lively like this one in a very long long time. The merry go around its nice to have, ita free and kids really enjoyed it. Also the differetn kiosks especiall Cafe Palmer, coffee was really good. The area is very well kept and the church is beautiful.

We visited this plaza based on other reviews. Not sure what was so exciting about it. There was a small free museum across from the plaza that had some interesting history of Puerto Rico information. The plaza had two beautiful red parrots in a large cage. Other than that many shops around it seemed closed or abandoned.

I was raised in Caguas so I know the city fairly well. I did not visit any place this time because I was going to other places in the island. I do recommend all the places listed below for tour of the city. I would add two restaurants: Chef Anibal in Bairoa and Pancho's Taqueria in Salinas only 30 minutes away in the southern end of Route 52.
