Ikaruga, Tokyo Ramen Street: Amazing place, Tokyo station, there are so many ramen shops located in the same area. You will know which ones are more popular than the other by how long the cue in front of their shops. The soup here is a...More

Expected this to be a difficult street to find but wasn’t the case. Queues outside all Ramen shops so chose at random. You select and pay for your meal via a vending machine outside the shop which pictures all options. Had ramen with the lot...More

We visited the same restaurant many years ago and were glad to discover one of the best ramen dish. However, for the most recent visit, we were somewhat disappointed with the way the ramen was cooked. It had the same great ingredients, but somehow the...More

We went to Yokohama and attended the 2018 Oktober Fest. On our return to Tokyo Station we heard so much about Tokyo Ramen Street and decided to have lunch. We had to queue for about 20 minutes and finally got seated. The service was fast...More

Quite a disappointing experience to be honest. It’s definitely not the best place in Tokyo to pick up a bowl of ramen and I would describe it as average at best. Maybe around 15 Ramen stores, most of them with a long line outside (which...More

The street in the basement holds a good selection of some great ramen that can be found around town all in one spot. There are queues for every shop, so take some time and experience them all if you can.

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
