Just 5 minutes walk from Meguro station, you'll see Meguro Gajoen hotel. I went there on last Saturday of Wano Akari event, so very crowded and must wait 20 mins to enter. Hyakudan Kaidan means 100 stairs. Every step is numbered and lots of rooms...More
