Beautiful Area

I loved the Roppongi area, so quiet and peaceful and so easy to get around with plenty to see and plenty of places to eat and drink.

This small street is in Roppongi behind Roppongi Hills Residence. From Roppongi Hills Mori Tower (Spider) follow Toho Cinemas, down the escalator to Asahi TV and cross the small bridge, then walk straight between the two towers of Roppongi Hills Residence.

We visited solely for the purpose of letting my two year old burn off some energy. Robot park was perfect and really close to roppongi hills. There is a bank of 9 slides as a playground and an excellent rolling pin slide which goes down a hill. The park was mainly packed with locals but we didn't feel out of... More

This is the classic street every city has. Nothing special. Really. I think you can enjoy this kind of streets only if you have been diagnosed with a severe case of shop fetish. The averall street is nice, but there is nothing that brings to mind you are in japan. You go there, to waste a few bucks. That's all.

The Roppongi area generally is well worth a visit but go during the day unless you are here for a 'serious night out'. Its an area not to be missed and if you catch the right time of year some of the areas can be incredibly beautiful but most of Roppongi is shopping, pubs, eateries and less reputable clubs -... This is typical area where lot of commercial activities take place during the day time with several offices in the area. In the evening this area gets converted into happening place. lot of action with night life clubs, bars and discos. Fun place in the evening for tourists

The road that runs between the sides of Roppongi Hills. Very pretty in sakura season or at Christmas when the lights are on. Close to many shops and restaurants.

We'd just arrived from the UK tired and hungry, and had a couple of hours to spend before sleep overtook us, so we walked (from Akasaka) to here. We chose March/April because of the sakura so we were eager to see if we could find some lit up at night. We found it pretty easily and really enjoyed the view.... More
