About
Odaiba Marine Park has sand and rocks surrounding a quiet cove that spreads out beside Daiba Park (Battery #3). Odaiba is one of Japan’s lading tourist spots sporting a fusion of natural water and greenery with futuristic scenery such as Rainbow Bridge, the Fuji Television Building and urban resort hotels. This is the heart of the continuously evolving coastal subcenter of Tokyo. You can spend a fun time regardless of the season at Odaiba Marine Park, which is also famed as a standard stop for students on school trips and travelers from within Japan and abroad. Many have been spiritually soothed by the truly magnificent and beautiful sunset and night view seen from Odaiba Marine Park. You can enjoy the view as you stroll along the beach or grassy lawns, or from the observation deck or the Skywalk.

Top ways to experience Odaiba Kaihin Koen (Odaiba Seaside Park) and nearby attractions

The area
Neighbourhood: Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.

There is a beach in Tokyo! I stumbled upon it during a walk towards the Rainbow Bridge. It is a relaxing area for a walk and I did not expect to see sand in the Tokyo Bay!

This is a nice place for walks along the shoreline, with views of Tokyo Bay and the Tokyo skyline on the other side. There were lots of people walking or sitting around, but it wasn’t too busy.
There are some birds to see, and if you’re lucky fish jumping out of the water.

Odaiba Kaihin Koen is right by the sea. When we went there, there were some construction works in the promenade and we couldn't walk too much. The main highlight of the park is the Statue of Liberty Replica.
Its a nice park, very green. The views are really photogenic.

Whilst in Odaiba it would be a shame to miss this. Very close to the monorail station and surrounded by shopping malls it is a lovely area. The Statue of Liberty which apparently was originally given and then taken back by the French stands with the rainbow bridge in the background. Worth a look.

There is nice beach, however if I understood correctly, you are not allowed to swim. Interestingly the beach and entire area is man made. You have nice view from here towards the Rainbow bridge, which you most likely crossed to get here. And you have nice sunset view.
There is also Statue of Liberty and shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, if you get hungry.

We assume this area was created to cater to the tour boat traffic, but we enjoyed walking around. It was built on reclaimed land, and boasts a mini Statue of Liberty, and a life sized Gundam that changes every several hours. There are many summertime activities as well (swimming, kayaking, etc) but we even enjoyed it during the fall.
