It is a shrine representing Setagaya-ku. It is in a residential area, it is quiet and beautiful. There are cultures that the shrine sought, such as offering money, souvenirs, souvenirs, and amulets. The shrine praising Shoin Yoshida, a philosopher at the end of Edo era and gave sigificant influence for Meiji revolution. Nice and quiet place.
