Bought the Hakone Fuji Pass and took romance train to Odawara. Staff speak good English but less helpful on information as not taking initiative of providing information on Hakone Fuji trip without being asked.

This is just an ordinary train. We ride this train to go to Hakone. In winter, this train will put a heater inside so you will be feel warn inside

Used this railway several times while in Shibuya, It's an excellent service extremely punctual and a cheap way to get around.
