If you want a hassle free, quiet ride to your Tokyo Disneyland destination, I would recommend booking with them. Especially if you new Tokyo and haven’t familiarize yourself with their train system. The Van was punctual, and the driver was friendly and the ride was smooth the whole way.

I booked the shared ride service and suppose to go to the meeting place outside the terminal to meet. But lucky me, that flight only have me as the passenger, so I found the drive holding my name with flight # right outside the gate with a big warm welcome smile. He helped with the luggage and drove the mini van right to me at the entrance of the parking lot. Not a lot of conversation exchanged, but the whole trip was relaxing worry free, arrived destination and he carried the luggage right to the hotel front door. Very happy with the service and will recommend this to friends. 😄

A good reliable service to use while in Tokyo if a little expensive, though definitely cheaper than using a taxi. Driver was 10 mins early and helped with my bags. Car was clean and service excellent.
Do recommend you note the luggage policy - most airlines allow two checked in bags in economy but this service offers just one checked in bag as part of your booking. Additonal bags will incur an additional charge. This wasn’t a problem in my case, but some others may get caught out if they don’t read the booking policy. I would definitely use this service again for the convenience.

Pick up from hotel to Osaka airport included an unreasonable amount of time at airport. No flexibility with pick up times and refused to refund. Cannot recommend this company, and very disappointed with the service.

Even with an 18 hour delay the transfer driver was there ready to pick us up. The vehicle was perfectly clean and well maintained. Conversation was good and driving was perfect. Very impressed and happy.

Our driver was late. There was another driver with a Cherry Tomato sign who picked up another group of our friends who came in the same flight. So it's not true that they keep updated flight info. We landed late at night and had to endure a 90 minute ride to our hotel, which should have been only 40 minutes. For whatever reason, he took the long route to our hotel and talked the entire time. If he wanted to take us on a tour he should have asked us first, because the information says it's a private DIRECT route. We felt as though he wanted to use up work time so he could go home when he was done. Getting car sick is certainly not a good way to start a vacation.

Cherry Tomato's driver fetching us from Hotel Metropolitan Ikebukuro to Shinkansen Station arrived late, we almost missed our train to Osaka. The driver who fetched us from Dai-ichi Hotel Osaka to Kansai Airport was so efficient, kind with good driving skills even if he is already senior. He is commendable.

I had a reservation to be picked up at Haneda airport in Tokyo and no one was there with a sign to pick me up. I waited and called the number they give you and a woman kept putting me on hold trying to find the driver. After 15 minutes, I gave up and took an expensive taxi. They later told me they were unable to get in touch with the driver and were willing to pay for the taxi. This meant I had to schedule a meeting at my hotel to get paid. They gave me a "gift"- a kitty piggy bank-bizarre for my trouble. Avoid this company!!!

We were picked up on time at our hotel by a smartly dressed female driver in a spacious black taxi. She helped us with our baggage and got us safely to the airport in about half an hour.
