Disappointing start to our vacation. We had made reservations to be picked up from Haneda airport and driven to our hotel in Tokyo. Our driver said that he was at the airport but was 45 minutes late. He apparently had forgotten his wallet. He did not do a good job in letting us know when would expect him. He did not communicate well prior to the pick up. He was able to satisfactorily communicate using Google Translate once he picked us up. We have no complaints about his driving or dropping us off properly.
