I was here early morning so it was pretty quiet. This is a big temple, lots of woodwork in need of paint, oiling etc. It is a magnificent building of significant size, so if you are in that area I recommend checking it out.

This temple is located near the Sensō Ji Temple. This temple is smaller and quieter than Sensō Ji. Besides that, it’s similar to other temples in Japan.

If you’ve never been to a temple, this is a good one. They are always a bit confusing, but a local guide can get a understanding pretty quick. If you don’t have one, read up to get the full effect. Handy to central Tokyo
